I'm really really happy with how this picture came out...
So yeah, this is a recreation of a moment in the anime during the girl's last summer trip.
Drawn with a 2B pencil onto art paper, inked, scanned into and coloured on computer.
From left to right, Kagura, Yukari Tanizaki and Tomo Takino. Oh and an inflatable shark and a watermelon.
I really love almost all of the colours in this ...except for Kagura's skin tone, for which I had no reference at the time of colouring. I hope it looks ok.
This piece is the one that helped make Tomo my most drawn Azu char.
I really like this. I believe you captured the personalities of the three characters involved very well. Nice array of blues, without being too blue, and, dare I say it... nice melon! Kagura's skin-tone doesn't look off to me... maybe she's a little more tanned than the others, but that seems to fit with her character, for me. Very nice work, I'd say.

You have a sudden craving for a pecan twirl.
On the whole I'm very pleased with the array of blues and yeah, I agree, considering it took me long enough to get right, it is a nice melon.
